Yet Another “Happy New Year”

(Copyright) by John Jewell (London, England)  Is what most of the British people were wishing each other as the chimes of Big Ben rang throughout London and resounded from the loudspeakers of radios and television sets throughout the rest of the western world as their citizens likewise wished each other a Happy New Year or however it is in their local language.
