Mexico Reaches Natural Gas Agreement with Russia and China

(Copyright) by Richard Markland (London, Ohio)  Mexico has reached an agreement with two Russian and two Chinese companies after months of negotiations involving natural gas-pipeline contracts, according to negotiators directly involved with the talks. Under the terms agreed upon, Mexico will allow Russian and Chinese troops to stay in the country in order to protect America’s neighbor from “U.
