(Copyright 04-12-2025) by Warren Zehrung (Little Rock, Arkansas)  Dear Brethren,Genesis 15:6 [Abraham] believed in the LORD; and He counted it to him for righteousness. Happy First Day of Unleavened Bread.  Passover, the Night to be Much Observed, and Unleavened Bread have deep spiritual meaning for us.  Passover commemorates the sacrifice of the Lamb of God and the death of Jesus Christ, the Night to be Much Observed commemorates Israel’s exodus from Egypt, and Feast of Unleavened Bread is a memorial of God’s deliverance.  These observances are closely tied together.  In Genesis 14 and 15 we find events which prefigure these occasions.  […]
