Parable of a Shepherd

Edwards (Perry, Michigan) John 21:15-17 & Acts 20:28: These Scriptures contain instructions to Peter to “feed and tend my sheep”, and a group of elders to “shepherd the church of God”. Some will claim that these verses set the leadership in authority over the people as a shepherd is in authority over his animals.
