| Â A man had a dream. His whole life passed before his eyes. He was on a beach and during the best times of his life, he saw two sets of footprints. The Lord said, “I was walking with you.” Â During the worst times of his life, the guy saw just one set of footprints. “Is that when you were carrying me?” the man asked. Â “No,” said the Lord. “That’s when you were sinning, and I couldn’t bear to watch.” And the guy says: Â “What about that long groove in the sand?” And the Lord says: Â “That’s when I was dragging you, kicking and screaming.” |
