Or promises from America to “rebuild Ukraine.” If Ukraine is to finally to be rebuilt the money to do so must come from Europe, Ukraine, and Russia not America. Russian victory would save America Billions. If Russia controls Ukraine – Russia rebuilds Ukraine. If Europe, Ukraine, and Russia come to terms of peace they rebuild Ukraine without robbing American taxpayers.
