| Zechariah chapter five mentions a Flying Scroll (See verses 1-4). There is writing on both sides of it. It is to be a curse which affects the entire land (verse 3). It will primarily affect the thief and the liar. This Flying Scroll has puzzled me for quite a while. What event is the Bible trying to show us that will come about in the near future? Others have explained this Flying Scroll to be a missile. However, it is not rolled up to form a cylinder shape but is spread open to show the writing that is contained on both sides. Consequently, it is not shaped like a missile. And how would this “flying missile” mostly affect thieves and liars? It finally hit me about two weeks ago what this Flying Scroll is depicting. Have you noticed in the last few years that it is getting harder and harder to use cash? I tried depositing some cash into a friend’s bank account awhile back. Nope! Can’t do that anymore. The IRS won’t allow banks to accept cash deposits from an unknown source. I was told to write a check or get a money-order. Same problem when I tried to pay my utility bill with cash at their local office. I had to show my ID as now required by the IRS. The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) knows that there is a vast underground economy thriving out there from the use of cash. Thus, without proper documentation, unreported income that can’t be taxed is a major concern for government tax officials. With Federal and State governments having budget woes, any revenue that can’t be collected is not something to be overlooked. Rather, as we have been witnessing, every level of government seeks to obtain more and more control over our lives. Those who don’t pay any taxes by not reporting any income are considered thieves by the government. And anyone who falsely reports their income on his or her tax return is considered a liar. Remember the statement on your tax form above your signature? “Under penalty of perjury . . .” We have seen the rise of Digital Currency. If you use any bank card or credit card, your transactions are documented though considered private. But what if the government decided to eliminate cash and only allow the use of Digital Currency issued by the government and not by your bank? And what would be their incentive? If your every transaction was recorded on a Digital Ledger owned by the government, would this be a way for them to eliminate loss of tax revenue? Think about it. If the government had access to your every financial transaction, wouldn’t this eliminate any pretense of privacy and allow complete government intrusion? Anyone protesting this intrusion would be met with the retort, “What’ve you got to hide?” I looked for videos on government issued Digital Currency. I found this one done by George Gammon about two years ago. His explanation about the Government Digital Ledger matches what is described by the Flying Scroll found in Zechariah five. Okay, so you have nothing to hide. All your income is documented and reported. Great! But what if you contributed money to an organization that the government deemed politically unfavorable including your church? This may then affect your “social score” which would then affect your chances of obtaining a car loan or other bank approval? This kind of government intrusion and coercion would not be a blessing for any law-abiding citizens. It would quickly become a curse undermining the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution. Take the time to watch this prophetic video. Zechariah five appears to be depicting such a future reality that will probably take us ever closer to the Mark of the Beast system.
