| Government is the problem; imposing laws that only apply to others and not themselves. Matthew 23:4 – They put heavy loads on men’s shoulders but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. President Trump needs to rescind the regulations that exempt congress and staff from the effect of Obama Care regulations; that they imposed on others. And he needs to sign another executive order requiring congress to be subject to all laws that apply to all Americans. And, that special health care insurance for them would be against the law. Lawmakers should only have, health care access, that is available for everyone else. That is the only way to get those spineless people to do the right thing, rescind, Obama Care and replace it with freedom, not another federal government non-solution to high health care cost. If congress and all federal and state employees only have access to the same type of health care insurance that is available to everyone else, republicans and democrats would, promote and encourage nationwide free market competition, to help solve the high cost of health care. Many Americans can’t pay for medical services on their own because of Insurance. Those with generous insurance coverage, like the millions of federal and state employees and big union employee, fill doctors’ offices and hospitals creating artificial demand, because they have no out of pocket cost. Each time a federal or state employee visits a doctor or hospital they should have an out of pocket 50-dollar co-pay; that would bring down cost of insurance. Tax credits to purchase insurance is Paul Ryan’s folly; and will also guarantee increased cost. Small local clinics should be part of the answer; that can provide services. People should be able to pay as services are needed or pay on time with agreement between them, their doctor and the clinic. Those with preexisting conditions that are very expensive to treat should be on a special state health care program, and not part of regular insurance. Regulated by their state, not the federal government. And they should pay a percentage of the cost; otherwise, they will not price shop; and everyone will claim preexisting conditions. There also should be, an out of pocket, 50-dollar payment from them, every time they visit their health care provider to prevent, increased cost from overuse of health care services. Instead of robbing the taxpayer, all state and federal government employees should be covered for hospital or catastrophic insurance only. And they should pay 25% of that insurance cost. That would save the government billions and bring down costs for all insurance. Health care should be exempted for all union contracts state or private; that just drives up cost. Americans are, over doctored, over drugged, over tested for legal reasons, and miss educated; that kind of folly, is very expansive. Getting yearly checkups because of fear, just leads to over medicated and drugged Americans. I am 76 years old and have been sick many times and recovered every time without seeing a doctor. I only visited a doctor voluntarily, twice in my life, to find out what was wrong. One doctor prescribed some kind if drug even though they did not know why I was sick. All drug advertisements should be banned from TV. Many Americans believe that drugs are the answer; when, much of the time, they are the expensive problem. We should carry whatever burden God gives us without complaining and chasing down a doctor to save us. We suffer because of the way we live; or because, God is punishing us, less than our sins deserve. |
