 THE KEYS TO OUR FUTURE ARE IN OUR HANDS “Often times it happens we live our lives in chains and never even know WE have the Key.” (Eagles, 1974) ASK: “And all things, whatsoever you shall Ask in Prayer (Speak It), Believing, you shall Receive.” (Matt. 21:22) “…Ask, and you Shall Receive…” (Jn. 16:24) GIVE: “Give and it shall be given to you; good measure,…running over, shall men Give into your bosom…” (Lk. 6:38) SEEK, KNOCK: “…Seek, and you shall Find; Knock and it shall be Opened…” (Lk. 11:9). We may have to Seek and Knock several times. SPEAK, BELIEVE WHAT YOU WANT: “…and shall Not Doubt in his heart but shall Believe that those things which he Says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he Says.” (Mk. 11:23). “Therefore I say to you, What things soever you desire, when you Pray (Speak It), Believe…you receive them, and you shall have them.” (Mark 11:24) POEM ALSO TELLS THE STORY: “I bargained with Life for a penny, And Life would pay no more, However I begged at evening When I counted my scanty store. “For Life is a just employer, He gives you what you Ask, But once you have set the wages, Why, you must bear the task. “I worked for a menial’s hire, Only to learn, dismayed, That any wage, I had Asked of Life, Life would have willingly paid.” (Author unknown) Editor’s Note: We do not listen to video links or read print material that is linked to items we print, so we may or may not agree with those links.
