Making Wise Decisions

Have you ever made a decision that you later regretted?  If so, you probably learned a valuable lesson from it.
 
Perhaps you have a big decision to make and worry about making the right decision.  Praying about it would be the first thing to consider.  Then seek helpful advice from respected and knowledgeable people.  The Bible says that there is safety in a multitude of counselors (Proverbs 11:14).  Adding to that consider Proverbs 15:22:
 
“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.”
 
As everyone knows, it is always good to get a second opinion when it comes to major medical issues.  For contract work, getting more than one estimate is also wise.  Carefully weigh their input but don’t be pressured.  In the end, the final decision will be yours.
